Kirk (28/5/1969) Documenting a phone call from Ted Milliken (Darwin) in which Ted Milliken proposes that Miss Halley accompany a party from Welfare Branch to Katherine for 5 days to carry out checks on the Aboriginal population. Milliken requests additional expenses on Miss Halley's behalf to cover her accommodation and airfare. Kirk will check with the Academy and advise accordingly.
