- Description
Correspondence from R.L. Kirk to Mr Ted P. Milliken (Acting Director of Welfare, Darwin) (10/7/1968) informing him of Miss Halley's appointment and suggesting that she will be extremely useful in helping with some aspects of Milliken's demographic survey. There is further discussion as to how Miss Halley might be utilized while in Darwin. Kirk says that he needs a genealogical record for all the people surveyed on Elcho Island, to be entered on to record sheets and that this should be one of Miss Halley's first jobs.
