Kirk (21/10/1970) enclosing two Documents: a progress report written at the request of Sir Otto Frankel; and a proposal for data analysis and for the publication of results of the New Guinea project prepared by Dr R.H. Fox and Professor H.M. Whyte. Walsh would be grateful for Kirk's comments on the proposal.
