Description

Handwritten letter from Dilys Halley to R.L. Kirk (9/9/1969) enclosing a hand drawn kinship diagram of a named individual from Groote Eylandt, and discussing his family relationships. She awaits the Methodist Overseas Mission to finalise her tip to Elcho Island. She has been speaking to the best female (named) informant of the Island and Mr Milliken has arranged for her to employ informants as Research Liason Assistants, and for them to be paid by Welfare or by the Mission with a Welfare subsidy. Stationary supplies are requested from Kirk.
