Summary
Aileron is a small town located on the Stuart Highway, approximately 135 km north of Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia. Aileron Station is a 4000-square kilometre working cattle property currently running cattle and camels. Aileron township is noted for its 17m high sculpture of an Aboriginal man based on a traditional man from the local Anmatjere tribe. More recently, sculptures of an Anmatjere woman and child have been added.
