Summary
Mr Max Blake was a senior technician at John Curtin School of Medical Research and ran Bob Kirk's laboratory from 1967. He developed starch gel electrophoretic techniques for large scale population genetic investigations. Blake received his PhD in 1979 and became a Research Officer in that year.
